LSCPA Presentation

On Thursday, September 12^th, Board Members of the Donald T. Boumans Foundation presented a check to Lamar State College Port Arthur’s President, Dr. Sam Monroe.  The funds will be used to create the Donald T. Boumans Memorial Scholarship Endowment.  Future LSCPA students pursuing a degree in Process Technology will be eligible to apply for the scholarship.  Creating the endowment in Mr. Boumans name will ensure his legacy lives on for many years to come.

The Foundation Board of Directors is very thankful to the many friends and area businesses who have contributed to the Foundation and is dedicated to working hard to keep Don’s memory alive and support the education of young people in our area.
